You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.

Our package prices are published on our pricing page. Scale prices are a starting point and are confirmed after a free discovery call. Work outside the packages is quoted separately, and any timelines we give for it are estimates based on the information available at the time. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for every project will be confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins. If we miss an agreed package launch date, your first month is free; the clock starts when we receive your content.

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Vertex Growth Agency unless otherwise stated. Package clients own their domain, their content, and their customer data. After the first 6 months, a package client can leave at any time and take their website files with them for a one-time 3,000 EGP handover fee. Automations and the AI assistant stop when the subscription ends. For work outside the packages, ownership transfers as set out in the individual project agreement.

The concept projects shown in our portfolio were created by Vertex Growth Agency to demonstrate our capabilities. They do not represent real clients and any brand names used are illustrative only.

For packages, 50% of the setup fee is paid to start and 50% at launch, followed by the monthly or yearly fee. Packages have a minimum commitment of 6 months; after that they run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta and any paid tools you choose are billed at cost, with no markup. Payment terms for work outside the packages are agreed in the project proposal. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of work until the account is brought up to date.

We take great care in our work, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
